Writing messages in the sand is a long-standing seaside tradition that inspired Ford and the RNLI to create a way of spreading safety messages across miles of beaches using its vehicles. The tide tracks campaign, as it is known, began in 2020 but continues today.

Mercedes-AMG is fitting 18-inch Continental SportContact 7 tyres to its C43 model. Designed for speeds of up to 186 mph and bearing the XL marking for enhanced load capacity, the tyres also carry the M01 sidewall marking, which appears on all the tyres specially developed for AMG. Continental developed this UUHP (Ultra Ultra High Performance) tyre specifically for vehicles with sporty attributes as well as for super sports cars.

Electric vehicles (EVs) will take over renowned automotive destination Caffeine & Machine in Warwickshire on 10-11 September for the all-EV show, Eclectic Electric. As Caffeine & Machine’s first official brand partner, Michelin will be there as well.

BMW is working with several tyre makers to equip its second-generation 2 Series Active Tourer, and Nexen Tire has announced that it is one of these partners. Lower spec versions of the MPV equipped with 16-inch rims will be available with Nexen N’Fera Sport tyres in size 205/65 R16.
