Avon Tyres has a new all-terrain tyre for crossovers and SUVs of all sizes. The 60/40 on-off road AX7 comes in eight sizes for 16- to 20-inch rims.
According to Avon Tyres, the Avon AX7 “offers excellent grip performance over a wide variety of conditions.” Standout features include a five-rib tread pattern – Avon says this contributes “to impressive straight-line stability and surface traction without sacrificing handling performance.” The construction of the Avon AX7 features a high-tensile body ply to enhance damage resistance and increase load carrying capacity. In addition, grooved tread block walls help prevent stone retention and penetration.
Alongside these handling and safety developments, Avon says the AX7’s staggered tread design delivers a quieter ride.
