Vredestein Ultrac Satin The Vredestein Ultrac Satin is a summer tyre featuring a brand-new construction and compound. The focus during development was on safety and comfort. Superior handling and short braking distances are achieved through the use of a unique, traction-enhancing resin in the tread and Z-shaped sipes in the profile. The asymmetric profile and optimized footprint ensure excellent control when driving and a reliable steering response. Five highly energy-efficient compound improvements in the tread, tread base, sidewall, carcass and rim strip, as well as the optimised tyre geometry, reduce energy loss by 16%, providing a low rolling resistance (and therefore lower fuel consumption) without compromising the grip on a wet road. Features Traction-enhancing resin in the tread Asymmetric profile and advanced oval footprint Optimised tyre geometry, 5 highly energy-efficient compound improvements Profile designed by Giugiaro Benefits Superior handling and short braking distances on wet surfaces Optimal control and reliable steering response Low rolling resistance (B label) for reduced fuel consumption Unique design and sporty look
