Isuzu has factory equipped its D-MAX with General Grabber AT tyres since 2015, and the latest version of the pick-up continues this tradition. D-MAX LSE and V-Cross models wear the Grabber AT3 as standard in size 265/60 R18 110H.
Grabber AT3 is an SUV tyre that can be driven 50 per cent on the road and 50 per cent off-road. General Tire says this range of usage “reflects the versatility and wide range of uses that the Isuzu D-MAX vehicles enable.” The tyre is also available in the aftermarket in 15 to 22-inch sizes and with standard or light truck (LT) specifications. The latter are designed for more heavy-duty applications and additional load requirements. Vehicle owners can also choose a number of sizes that feature white lettering to satisfy the increasing demand from 4×4 and SUV owners who favour this typical all-wheel drive sidewall design.
