Porsche has approved the Goodyear the Eagle F1 SuperSport R as original equipment for the latest Porsche 911 GT3. It will wear size 255/35ZR20 tyres on the front axle and 315/30ZR21 at the rear.

Grip & steering precision
The Eagle F1 SuperSport range is Goodyear’s flagship ultra-ultra high performance (UUHP) tyre portfolio and comes in three different versions, SuperSport, SuperSport R and SuperSport RS.
According to Goodyear, the Eagle F1 SuperSport R “provides superb grip levels and steering precision on and off track.” The tyre maker enhanced grip levels through the use of a high-friction compound that provides exceptional dry grip levels, while ensuring excellent cornering stability via bridges in the tread pattern’s inner groove reducing deformation of tread blocks under extreme cornering forces. Steering precision and feedback also benefit from optimising the tyre’s footprint for more consistent pressure distribution.
