Established in 1942, Nexen Tire is headquartered in South Korea and works with more than 500 dealers based in 137 countries around the world (as of May 2019) and owns four manufacturing plants - two in Korea (Yangsan and Changnyeong) and one in Qingdao, China. Another plant in Zatec, Czech Republic began operation in 2019. Nexen returned as a Manchester City Official Partner for its fifth season with the club and its third as Sleeve Partner in 2019/2020. Porsche’s decision to approve the Nexen Nfera RU1 as original equipment on the Cayenne and Macan also adds prestige to the brand.
