Landsail tyres are made in China and Thailand by fast-growing Chinese-based manufacturer Sentury Tire. Founded in 2009, Sentury is expanding according to a three-stage growth plan. In the first stage (2009 – 2014), Sentury reached 15 million units a year of car tyre production capacity in Qingdao. The second stage (2014 – 2017) sees the firm add 18 million car tyres a year, including 12 million units from the Thailand factory. In the third stage, Sentury plans to add 17 million units of annual car tyre production capacity, resulting in a total of 50 million car tyres annually.
